Fedration - Terms & Condition of Membership

Voluntary Service & Identity Card Regulations: All General, Active, and Exclusive Members, including Office Bearers, shall serve strictly on a voluntary and non-remunerative basis. Membership shall be non-transferable, and all fees, donations, or contributions paid toward membership shall be non-refundable. The Federation shall not be liable for any misuse, loss, damage, or unauthorized use of identity cards issued to members. Upon expiry of the membership ID, the card shall be returned to the Registered Office, and renewal must be undertaken within 30 days to retain active membership status. In the event of loss of an identity card, the member shall immediately notify the Registered Office in writing and submit a copy of the FIR lodged with local authorities, along with Aadhaar or any other valid identification, for reissuance. All members shall at all times adhere to the Federation’s Code of Conduct and maintain lawful, ethical, and disciplined behaviour.

Discipline, Misconduct & Termination: Any act of misconduct, misbehaviour, indiscipline, or violation of the Federation’s Constitution, rules, regulations, or Code of Conduct shall render the member liable to rejection, suspension, or termination of membership. Membership may also be terminated for criminal involvement or any breach of Articles IV and IX of the Federation’s Constitution. Any member or office bearer acting in contravention of the Federation’s lawful directives, ethical standards, or organizational discipline shall be subject to strict disciplinary and legal action, including suspension or termination. All members shall maintain strict neutrality and remain free from any political, religious, or economic influence, in consonance with the constitutional principles of impartiality, independence, and good governance. All disputes arising under this provision shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of the Federation’s registered office.

Monthly Communication & Application Acknowledgment: All members shall maintain regular communication with their respective Area, State, or National Unit at least once every month to ensure compliance, coordination, and active participation in Federation functions. Applicants may retain a photocopy of their submitted application form for personal records, and the Registered Office shall issue an official acknowledgment upon verification of the duly completed application.
