Writmatrix Manavadhikar Federation (“न्यायादेश-मानवाधिकार-महासंघ”) is hereby declared to be an Autonomous, Independent, and Non-Profit Legal Entity, duly constituted for the Protection, Promotion, Enforcement, Preservation, and Advancement of Human Rights, Fundamental Rights, Constitutional Liberties, and Social Justice throughout the Union of India.
The Federation is registered as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013, and stands Lawfully Incorporated under the Legislation Statutory Framework of the Government of India. It is further registered with the Income Tax Department under Sections 12AA and 80G, enabling donors to avail applicable tax exemptions. The Federation is also recognised by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), NITI Aayog, and holds ISO Certification, evidencing compliance with statutory obligations, governance standards, transparency, and accountability in all operational matters.
The Federation shall function strictly in accordance with the Constitution of India, with particular reference to Part III (Fundamental Rights) and Part IV (Directive Principles of State Policy), and in conformity with applicable National Laws and Internationally recognised Human Rights Conventions, Covenants, Declarations, and Instruments Enforceable within India.
WritMatrix Manavadhikar Federation – “A Voice for All, A Strong Stand Against Injustice” (हम सबकी आवाज, अन्याय के खिलाफ एक सशक्त आवाज) – is committed to safeguarding Human Rights, Fundamental Freedoms, and Social Justice across the Nation. Through Lawful Advocacy, Legal Awareness, Grievance Redressal, and Community Engagement, the Federation Endeavours to ensure Equality, Protection, Dignity, and Justice for every individual, while firmly opposing all forms of Injustice, Corruption, Abuse, and Rights Violations. The Federation shall discharge its functions in an independent, transparent, lawful, impartial, ethical, non-discriminatory, and accountable manner, ensuring full adherence to constitutional mandates, statutory duties, regulatory compliances, and universally accepted human rights norms.
The official colours of the Writmatrix Manavadhikar Federation—Blue and Red—Symbolise Justice, Integrity, Vigilance, Courage, and the Federation’s unwavering resolve to uphold Constitutional Rights, Equality, Liberty, and Dignity for all citizens. The primary objective of the Federation is to uphold, protect, preserve, and secure the dignity, liberty, equality, and constitutionally guaranteed rights of every individual, without discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, religion, race, gender, age, economic status, or any other prohibited or unreasonable classification under Articles 13, 14, 15, 21, and all other relevant provisions of the Constitution of India.

We, the members of the WritMatrix Manavadhikar Federation, do hereby adopt and establish this Constitution to Safeguard, Promote, and Enforce Human Rights, Fundamental Rights, and Social Justice throughout the territory of India. WritMatrix Manavadhikar Federation is a constitutionally conscious organization committed to the protection, promotion, and enforcement of Human Rights, Fundamental Rights, and Constitutional Rights across India. The Federation has been actively raising its voice against violations of rights, assisting victims, and advancing public welfare through social service initiatives and programs aimed at eradicating hunger, promoting education, and fostering community development. The Federation operational footprint spans approximately 15 states, where it consistently works to create an environment conducive to the welfare and empowerment of all communities. The Federation intervenes in cases involving violations of: -

The Federation also undertakes initiatives to safeguard the dignity of women, protect the rights of children, uphold consumer rights, promote literacy, and enhance civic awareness. Through structured awareness campaigns, educational programs, legal literacy workshops, and capacity-building initiatives, Federation empowers its members and the broader community with comprehensive knowledge of human rights, social justice, and lawful remedies. The Federation’s overarching mission is to uphold constitutional morality, the rule of law, and equitable justice, while actively combating violations of rights and fostering fairness, equality, and public welfare in accordance with the Constitution of India and relevant statutory frameworks.

The Vision of the Writmatrix Manavadhikar Federation is to establish a just, equitable, inclusive, transparent, accountable, and rights-based national order, wherein every individual within the territory of India enjoys dignity, liberty, equality, justice, and constitutional freedoms as guaranteed under Part III and Part IV of the Constitution of India.
The Federation envisions a society free from exploitation, discrimination, corruption, injustice, abuse, and arbitrariness, and aspires to cultivate a nation where governance is accountable, rule of law is supreme, and human rights are universally respected, protected, and fulfilled.
FEDERATION- MISSION
The Mission of the Writmatrix Manavadhikar Federation is to protect, promote, and enforce human rights, fundamental rights, and constitutional liberties for all individuals without discrimination. The Federation undertakes lawful, impartial, and rights-based actions to prevent and address crime, corruption, abuse, violence, maladministration, and violations of justice.
It seeks to build a structured national framework for grievance redressal, legal support, and community empowerment across all administrative levels. The Federation is committed to strengthening public accountability, transparency, and good governance through constructive engagement with government authorities and institutions.
The Federation works to safeguard the dignity, welfare, and security of children, women, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and all vulnerable groups, while advancing legal awareness, education, and civic responsibility through training and capacity-building initiatives.
Guided by the principles of neutrality, independence, integrity, rule of law, and public interest, the Federation functions free from political, religious, and economic influence, promoting constitutional values and responsible citizenship throughout society.
FEDERATION- AIMS
The Writmatrix Manavadhikar Federation endeavours to facilitate the establishment of a fearless, just, transparent, accountable, and inclusive societal order, wherein every individual is ensured protection against injustice, exploitation, abuse, arbitrariness, and any violation of rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and applicable laws.
The Federation seeks to develop and operationalise a systematic, structured, and coordinated national framework comprising dedicated representatives and members functioning at the National, State, District, Block, and Grassroots Levels, with the objective of: -
- Prevent and address human rights and constitutional rights violations, ensuring effective safeguards under Articles 14, 15, 19, 21, 39A and relevant laws.
- Spread legal awareness regarding fundamental rights, duties, and statutory protections through education, training, and public outreach.
- Promote social justice and public welfare, strengthening rule of law, transparency, accountability, and constitutional governance.
- Ensure grievance redressal through lawful, constitutionally recognised mechanisms and institutional interventions.
- Combat crime, corruption, atrocities, violence, abuse, and social injustice through lawful preventive and corrective measures.
- Protect vulnerable groups, including children, women, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and marginalised communities.
- Empower citizens and communities through capacity-building, rights-based advocacy, legal literacy, and civic engagement.
- Maintain institutional independence, functioning without political, economic, or religious influence, ensuring impartiality, neutrality, and integrity.
- Collaborate with government authorities, law enforcement, judiciary, educational institutions, and civil society to ensure timely, lawful, and accountable action.
- Promote constitutional values among youth through partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and community institutions.

FEDERATION- OBJECTIVES
- Social Unity and Peace: - Federation shall continuously strive to maintain national unity, social harmony, and peace in India, in accordance with the principles enshrined in Articles 13, 14, 15, 19, 21, and all other relevant articles provisions embodied in the Constitution of India.
- Protection of Fundamental Rights: - In cases where the fundamental or constitutional rights of any individual are violated, federation shall protest through peaceful demonstrations, rallies, candle marches, and other legal and constitutional measures, while raising public and legal awareness on specific social issues.
- Women’s Safety and Domestic Violence: - Federation shall actively combat instances of domestic violence, dowry harassment, and sexual assault, providing legal and constitutional protection to the affected women.
- Escalation to Higher Authorities: - Where complaints of victims are not addressed by local police or administrative authorities, federation shall ensure that grievances are forwarded to the National Human Rights Commission, State Women’s Commissions, Prime Minister’s and Chief Minister’s Offices, and other judicial and administrative authorities to secure justice.
- Social, Economic, and Cultural Rights: - Federation shall consistently raise its voice against violations of natural, moral, legal, civil, fundamental, economic, social, cultural, and religious rights, as well as crimes including human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, consumer rights violations, educational rights violations, corruption, terrorism, child and bonded labour, and other social evils.
- Ensuring Justice for Victims: - Federation shall ensure that victims receive justice wherever injustice occurs.
- Awareness and Education: - Federation shall promote awareness among students, women, and men regarding their fundamental rights and constitutional duties.
- Joint Initiatives for Social Development: - Federation shall collaborate with schools, hospitals, and industrial institutions to provide quality education, healthcare, and employment opportunities.
- Campaign Against Social Evils: - Federation shall continuously conduct awareness campaigns and initiatives against child labour, alcohol and tobacco abuse, untouchability, and other societal evils.
- Recognition and Promotion of Members: - Federation shall honour its members and office-bearers at the national level and publicly and legally promote their socially beneficial work.
- Universal Education Initiative: - Federation shall ensure that no child remains uneducated and that all citizens have equal access to education.
- Access to Basic Necessities: - Federation shall organize programs to ensure access to food, water, and clothing in communities and promote mutual social support.
- Human Rights and Legal Awareness: - Federation shall work for the protection of human rights of every individual and organize legal camps and awareness programs regarding fundamental rights and duties.
- Campaign Against Digital Crimes: - Federation shall conduct legal and constitutional awareness campaigns to address the increasing prevalence of digital crimes, cyber offenses, and online fraud in society.
- Celebration of National and Cultural Festivals –The Federation whole team organizes and observes National and Cultural Festivals, including Republic Day & Independence Day, in accordance with the Constitution of India. These celebrations promote social harmony, civic responsibility, inclusivity, and lawful community engagement while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory provisions.
